TULSA, Okla. Federal prosecutors have announced a series of indictments returned by the August 2026-A Federal Grand Jury for the Northern District of Oklahoma, charging 12 defendants in cases ranging from violent crime and drug trafficking to fraud, firearms violations and immigration offenses.
U.S. Attorney Clint Johnson announced the indictments, reminding the public that an indictment is only an allegation and that each defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in federal court.
