TULSA, Okla. – Tulsa police are investigating after officers said a 29-year-old man was shot four times early Sunday at the Edenwood Apartments near Virgin Street and North Hartford Avenue.
Officers responded around 12:37 a.m. Aug. 16 and found the man lying outside in the apartment complex. Police applied a tourniquet and provided aid until paramedics arrived.
The man was taken to a hospital and is expected to survive his injuries…
