TULSA, Okla. — For women returning home from incarceration, finding a job is just one of many challenges standing between them and a fresh start.
The Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) is working to help break down those barriers by providing immediate employment, daily pay and support as participants work toward full-time careers.
