Tulsa Police arrest man after reported assault near 71st and Mingo
TULSA, Okla. – A Tulsa man is behind bars after police say he assaulted another man and tried to take his shoulder bag Thursday near 71st Street and Mingo Road.
Tulsa police say officers responded to a reported assault and battery. The victim told officers he was punched in the face several times by Eric Downing, who then allegedly tried to take his shoulder bag.
