It happened back in April, that says former CAP teacher assistant Marly Harsh, was when a preschooler was accidentally hit on the head after a teacher tripped and was trying to brace her fall.
“Well, as the teacher started to trip over her, she reached out her hand to brace herself and she hit the child in the head,” said Hickman, Ms. Harsh’s lawyer, who filed suit against CAP Tulsa as a result of what happened after that incident…
