TULSA, Okla. (KOKH) — A Tulsa man is charged with manslaughter in connection with a fatal box truck collision.
The Tulsa Police Department (TPD) charged 47-year-old Christopher Hart with manslaughter in connection with the death of 59-year-old Roy Deaver, who died after being hit by a box truck.
