TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Police Department said on Facebook that officers arrested a man and a woman Monday afternoon after they allegedly stole $1,700 worth of merchandise from the Kohl’s store near 71st Street and Garnett Road.
According to police, store surveillance video shows the man and woman selecting clothes, entering the fitting rooms and emerging wearing the clothes while concealing more in backpacks.
Police said the pair then ran out of the store without paying and got into an SUV that was waiting outside…
