Man charged with harboring runaway child in April 2023 arrested in Tulsa County

UPDATE (2/5/24 : 5:30 a.m.) β€” Nicholas Faulkner was arrested and booked into Tulsa County jail on a hold for Osage County without bail on January 31.

According to police records, a deputy was assisting another deputy on locating a runaway and came into contact with Faulkner.

Faulkner ran out the back gate of the property and fled from the deputies.

Deputies found out about Faulkner’s active felony warrant out of Osage County. They set up a perimeter in the area and eventually found Faulkner as he was seen running a second time.

Faulkner was taken into custody and the warrant was confirmed. Osage County told Tulsa County they wished to place a hold on Faulkner and extradite him on his warrants.

Faulkner also has a court date in Tulsa County on Tuesday for allegedly obstructing an officer.
