A Green Country woman celebrated her 100th birthday in Broken Arrow on Sunday. Hazel Spaulding, who is a published author, said that as a little girl, she kept running out of reading material so she wrote a book about her mother’s family traveling from Missouri down to Oklahoma in a covered wagon.
