Two livestreamers arrested following swatting call in Oklahoma

OKLAHOMA — The arrested two livestreamers Thursday morning following an apparent swatting call in downtown Tulsa.

According to police, officers received a report of a bomb threat near 211 North Elgin Avenue. While officers were responding, the caller claimed to be near Avery Kitchen and Bar with a bomb strapped to his chest and a firearm, threatening to shoot people if officers did not “come and get him.”

Police said the caller later told officers he was standing in a parking garage near red doors. When officers arrived at the garage, they encountered four people exiting while recording a livestream…
