Broken Arrow clears final hurdle to renovate iconic grain silo
BROKEN ARROW, Okla. – A major upgrade to the Broken Arrow Rose District is one step closer to becoming a reality after the city council approved an agreement Tuesday that lets them move forward with work on the grain silo.
