MANNFORD, Okla. – Businesses around Keystone Lake are heading into Memorial Day hoping they do not see a repeat of last summer, when flooding disrupted one of their biggest money-making weekends of the year.
Every time it rains out here, there’s still a little bit of anxiety for these business owners. Last year, many of them lost weeks of business during what they say should’ve been the busiest stretch of the summer.
