PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A moped rider suffered life-threatening injuries after crashing on Thursday afternoon in northeast Portland, according to police.
Shortly after 2 p.m., officers with the Portland Police Bureau were sent to a crash on the ramp from eastbound Northeast Columbia Boulevard to southbound Northeast 33rd Avenue in the Concordia Neighborhood.
