PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The Portland Metro Chamber and ECONorthwest, along with Human Access Project, just released an analysis of the economic potential of the Willamette River.
Not surprisingly, the analysis found that the river, which runs through Downtown Portland, is underutilized, especially compared to other riverfront cities.
