PORTLAND, Ore. — A report of a trespasser in Northeast Portland Tuesday morning led to two Portland police officers being assaulted, according to a statement and video released by the Portland Police Bureau.
Around 1:50 a.m., officers responded to a report of a person trespassing on private property on Northeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard near Mason Street. When they arrived, officers asked the man to leave, but he refused.
