PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Gervais man was sentenced to two months in prison after yelling slurs and threatening neighbors, officials said.
In May, Gervais police said they responded to a home where a victim reported that her neighbor, Richard Pennise, 52, had repeatedly directed slurs at her and her family and threatened to kill them.
