PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Authorities are releasing limited details on the victims of a shooting that broke out during a gathering at a house in Northeast Portland overnight Sunday.
Portland police say an 18-year-old male was killed and five other people were injured in the shooting in the city’s Cully neighborhood.
Police have not released the identity of the 18-year-old who was shot and killed, but did say the victim was taken to a local hospital by a private vehicle, where he was then transferred to a Level 1 trauma center for advanced medical treatment; however, despite life-saving efforts by medical professionals, he died at the hospital.

The five others injured in the shooting have only been identified by ages and the city in which they reside. They are:
- A 21-year-old man from Portland
- A 20-year-old man from Vancouver
- An 18-year-old woman from Gresham
- An 18-year-old man from Portland
- A 15-year-old boy from Troutdale
