Portland police say fire at youth recovery center was arson, searching for suspect

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – The Portland Police Bureau is asking the public to help identify a man they believe is a suspect for a fire that blazed through a recovery center on Saturday.

On Saturday night, Portland Fire and Rescue crews responded to a call about a house fire near NE 99th Avenue, between Glisan and Burnside Streets.
