PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Authorities have identified the victim of a fatal stabbing last week in Vancouver.
The Clark County Medical Examiner identified 33-year-old Naomi Lealani Peters as the victim of what Vancouver Police called a domestic violence incident on April 9.
