NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk police and the Norfolk Commonwealth’s Attorney said a Norfolk police officer shot someone on Monday night.
It happened at a shopping center in the 1800 block of East Little Creek Road. The call came in at 9:42 p.m., police said.
