NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Construction will prevent motorists from accessing I-64 West from Granby Street for most of June.
According to VDOT, crews plan to close the on-ramp to I-64 West from Granby Street in Norfolk as soon as Monday, June 1. It will remain closed for several weeks while crews work on ramp and drainage projects as part of the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel (HRBT) Expansion.
There will be detour signage directing motorists on Granby Street to continue to Tidewater Drive, where they will take a left onto Ocean View Avenue and another left onto 4th View Street. From there, they will be able to access I-64 West…
