NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY)– Music lovers get ready! The RnB Block Party is making its way back to Norfolk this Summer.
The block party is set to take over the Norfolk Scope Arena on July 4 from 6 p.m. to midnight. Headlining the party is Power 99 FM’s DJ Diamond Kutz, who is also the official DJ for the Philadelphia Eagles.
This will be the second RnB Block party in 2026. This comes after a sold-out crowd flooded the Scope Grounds to closeout the MEAC Basketball Tournament…
