NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Motorists can expect delays due to a multi-vehicle crash Friday morning on I-564 near Terminal Boulevard in Norfolk.
The west center lane, right center lane, right outside lane and right shoulder are closed, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation. Traffic backups are approximately 2 miles.
