VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Virginia Beach Animal Services needs the community’s help to find an abandoned dog’s owner, according to a post from the organization on Facebook.
The blind dog was found in a very poor condition near South Plaza Trail and Holland Road in Virginia Beach. The shelter’s staff have named the dog Blossom.
The organization is now focused on finding the dog’s owner, receiving more information and making sure Blossom has the care and support she needs.
