NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A shipyard manager has filed a $15 million lawsuit against the United States, alleging he suffered severe and permanent injuries after receiving an electrical shock aboard a U.S. Navy vessel undergoing repairs in Norfolk.
The lawsuit, filed June 1 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, was brought by Darnell Fisher, an operations project manager for Lyon Shipyard.
