PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – A person is displaced following an apartment fire on Pueblo Drive Saturday morning.
According to officials, at approximately 10:10 a.m. Saturday morning, Portsmouth Emergency Communications was notified of a Muti-family Structure fire on Pueblo Dr.
