PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – While advised to lock your car doors, neighbors in the Port Norfolk area woke up to their cars still broken into.
Multiple people in the Lake Shores neighborhood woke up this morning to find their car windows shattered with glass on their car seats and on the ground.
