NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Norfolk Police responded to a crash scene along Hampton Blvd. Friday afternoon involving a vehicle and a motorcycle.
The first call came in about the crash around 4:20 p.m., police said. It happened in the 8000 block of Hampton Blvd., which is near the intersection of Baker St.
