VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Around 8:30 a.m. last Saturday, Virginia Beach Police got several calls from tenants of Pembroke Town Center Apartments, just off Independence Boulevard next to Pembroke Square, regarding destruction of property.
Virginia Beach Police found several vehicles with damage, though the number of damaged vehicles has not yet been reported.
Monday, the complex management informed the residents of a “parking lot incident,” stating, “we are aware of the incident that happened over the weekend involving multiple vehicles with slashed tires throughout the community.”…
