VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – Multiple lanes were closed on I-264 west near Independence Boulevard in Virginia Beach Saturday night as a result of a multi-vehicle crash, according to VDOT.
A vehicle appears to have overturned in the left shoulder.
