NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Two Panda Express restaurants in Hampton Roads are participating in a nationwide promotion in celebration of National Drive-Thru Day.
Stores in Chesapeake and Norfolk will offer exclusive drive-thru gifts on Friday, July 24, 2026. The promotion includes a free eight-inch plush and a $15 promotional card with the purchase of a two-item plate.
The special offer is available at the Panda Express locations at 4111 Portsmouth Blvd. in Chesapeake and 1166 N. Military Highway in Norfolk. Customers must purchase at least a two-item plate or a bigger plate to receive the gifts, which will be available while supplies last.
