NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Those closest to longtime Norfolk city councilman Paul Riddick said at a prayer vigil Wednesday that his impact goes well beyond the Mermaid City.
The prayer vigil for Riddick, who died a week ago, honored his life and celebrated the deep imprint he left all around the city of Norfolk and his impact in the civil rights community.
