NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Starting July 25, Norfolk Animal Care Center (NACC) is giving furry friends to their forever homes for FREE.
Shadow’s Second Chances, sponsored by Friends of NACC, will cover adoption fees for adult dogs adopted through July 31.
