Vatican-recognized ‘miracle baby’ wanted in connection with shooting

HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — A Hampton teenager whose survival as a newborn was recognized by the Catholic Church as a miracle is now wanted by police in Rhode Island in connection with a double shooting.

Newport police in Rhode Island announced that an arrest warranthas been issued for 19-year-old Tyquan Johnson on charges of felony assault with a firearm and firing in a compact area. Investigators are asking for the public’s help locating Johnson, who they say is wanted in connection with a double shooting.
