VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Virginia Beach Police are investigating a shooting on Woolard Crescent Saturday morning, according to the Virginia Beach Police Department.
As of 5:00 a.m. on Aug. 15, the department was at the scene in the 800 block of Woolard Crescent.
