NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Ashley Dagner pleaded guilty to charges following an incident that led to an AMBER Alert.
On April 30, an AMBER Alert was issued for Dagner’s 2-year-old son, which listed her boyfriend, James Lynch, as the abductor. Police later announced Lynch would not be charged in connection to the incident but charged Dagner with one count of domestic assault and two counts of felony child neglect.
During an interview with police, Lynch told police that Dagner had punched him in the face and was driving drunk with two children in the car.
