Biography
I came to Norfolk on military orders in 2004. I am a retired naval officer with 25 years of service. Since retiring in 2021, I began volunteering as the Scoutmaster for Scouts BSA Troop 1. Professionally, I work as a Systems Engineer, where I oversee the maintenance system, configuration, and quality standards for a portfolio of global communications sites.
My wife and I were married at the Norfolk courthouse. Our three children (12th, 10th, and 8th grade) attend Norfolk Public Schools. My wife has been a PTA president for more than six years (at two different schools), and we actively volunteer in the school community…
