NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Virginia State Police have issued a missing person with autism alert on behalf of the Norfolk Police Department for Ernestine Teressa Smith.
Smith is described as a 63-year-old black female who stands 5 foot 9 inches and weighs 250 pounds.
