VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — The Virginia Beach Neptune Festival is suspending all Boardwalk Weekend activities on Friday.
In response to sustained high winds affecting the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, the festival announced a modified schedule for its forthcoming 52nd Annual Boardwalk Weekend.
