PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Portsmouth Police are searching for individuals who appear in surveillance footage connected to the April 5 homicide of a 39-year-old man.
Police said the pictured individuals either had physical contact or were in proximity to the victim during the shooting, which happened in the 2400 block of Chestnut Street.
Police said the individuals are needed for questioning.
