A crash at the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel early this morning is slowing traffic and causing significant backups Tuesday.
The crash happened just before 4 a.m. and involved a box truck that authorities say failed to maintain control due to a mechanical issue before striking a Jersey wall.
