On Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Agents followed a vehicle from Virginia, known to be occupied by a male with felony warrants, to the Fost neighborhood located in Moyock. At approximately 8:08 a.m., Currituck Communications was contacted by an ICE Agent stating that they were following a vehicle in our county and requested assistance from law enforcement.
