NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY)– Virginia State Police and Virginia Missing Children Clearinghouse issued an AMBER Alert for a 2-year-old boy who was abducted early Thursday morning on Orange Street in Norfolk.
Ziyon Dagner, 2, was taken from the 3600 block of Orange Street shortly after midnight. He is believed to have been abducted by James Lynch, 35.
