VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A new restaurant in the heart of Chic’s Beach is blending upscale dining with a relaxed coastal atmosphere.
Chic’s Laundry opened in the former Zia Marie Restaurant space on Lookout Road in February, offering a menu inspired by the Chesapeake Bay.
