VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Virginia Beach Police are seeking more victims and witnesses in connection to an indecent exposure investigation Wednesday, according to the Virginia Beach Police Department.
Virginia Beach resident Walter Maiden has been arrested and charged with two counts of indecent exposure and two counts of obscene sexual display. Officers have spoken with several victims, but the former believe there are more witnesses who haven’t come forward yet.
Maiden’s vehicle is described as a light gray Volkswagen Tiguan with Virginia license plates and was known to frequently appear at heavily trafficked shopping center parking lots throughout Virginia Beach. These include parking lots at Target, TJ Maxx and the Hilltop Shopping area…
