Dewey Beach Police arrested two Montgomery County teenagers early Thursday morning following a disturbance, an attempted flight from officers, and a physical altercation that left two officers with minor injuries.
According to police, officers responded around 3:20 am on May 28 to the Izzy Plaza parking lot on Coastal Highway for a report of two males yelling at one another. The individuals were identified as 19-year-old David Reina of Bethesda and 18-year-old Quentin Wilber of Chevy Chase.
