DC asking for public comment on potential changes in the Adams Morgan neighborhood

WASHINGTON (7News) — Major changes could come to a popular portion of 18th Street in the Adams Morgan neighborhood, but D.C. transportation leaders are seeking public input before construction begins later this year.
