2 people, 1 dog displaced after DC fire

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — D.C. firefighters extinguished an apartment fire in Northeast on Monday afternoon.

In a post just after 12:20 p.m., the DC Fire and EMS Department (DCFD) said that units were in the 1300 block of Constitution Ave. NE for a fire.
