Now, the Potomac resident killed in a crash on Monday, June 22, inside a Montgomery County parking garage is being remembered by loved ones as a devoted public servant, doting grandmother, and equestrian enthusiast.
Rothschild died after her 2016 Toyota RAV4 struck a cable barricade shortly after 5:30 p.m. at the entrance to a parking garage in the 11300 block of Woodglen Drive in North Bethesda.
