WALLINGFORD – A man accused of posing as a flower delivery worker to get inside the rooms of elderly residents at a senior residential community in 2018 was linked to a string of burglaries and credit card thefts from Pennsylvania to Connecticut, according to court documents.
Kenneth Tolliver, 61, of Washington, D.C., was extradited from the Harford County Sheriff’s Detention Center in Bel Air, Md., where he was being held for similar crimes, Wallingford police said.
Wallingford police charged Tolliver with three counts each of illegal use of a payment card and payment-card theft, as well as receiving goods through illegal use of a payment card, larceny, second-degree identity theft, and second- and third-degree burglary…
